BRABUS BY REPORTAGE is a luxury branded residential project in Abu Dhabi, developed by Reportage Properties in collaboration with German performance brand BRABUS. It’s part of the “BRABUS Island” masterplan at Al Raha Beach, Al Seef District. 
The first residential development in the region under the BRABUS brand — known for tuning Mercedes-Benz and other luxury cars. The architecture and interiors take cues from BRABUS’ “1-Second-Wow” design philosophy: bold lines, metallic accents, and supercar-inspired façades

The project is launching in chapters:

1. Chapter 1: Apartments & Duplexes

   • 4 mid-rise towers, 13 residential floors each
   • 352 total units: 2, 3 & 4-bedroom apartments + 4-bedroom duplex penthouses
   • Sizes: 1,157 sqft to 4,900 sqft
   • Fully finished with Gaggenau appliances, Italian sanitaryware, smart systems, 3 interior schemes: Black & Bold, White Bliss, Gray Haven

2. Chapter 2: BRABUS Villas

   • Announced Sept 2025 as the next phase
   • Private residences with expansive layouts, lush gardens, direct access to island amenities
   • 96 villas planned in future phases 

Payment plan
10% down payment, 1% monthly installments, 90% over construction. Other options: 20% down with 5% discount, or 30% down with 10% discount
